Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) covering multiple areas, with a special focus on education, aiming to expand learning opportunities and practical training environments for Thanh Do students (Thadoers).

Collaboration in undergraduate enrollment and training programs for Myanmar international students in Vietnam. Students will study at Thanh Do University and receive graduation certificates in accordance with regulations. The proposed fields of study include Information Technology, Automotive Engineering Technology, Electrical – Electronics Engineering, Chinese Language, English Language, Vietnamese Studies, Nursing, and Hotel Management.
