Following the recent business trip and cooperation signings in Taiwan, on the afternoon of October 30, Thanh Do University warmly welcomed and worked with the delegation from Kun Shan University (Taiwan) to align and concretize the items previously agreed upon in the international cooperation memorandum of understanding between the two institutions.

Kun Shan University (KSU) is one of Taiwan’s leading application-oriented universities, renowned for its training strengths in engineering, technology, electrical–electronics, mechanical engineering, management, and multimedia communications, and for its extensive collaboration network with domestic and international enterprises.

Earlier, the two universities agreed to implement a 2+2 training program designed under an enterprise-commissioned model—an innovative direction in international educational cooperation. Students participating in the program will:

• Receive 100% tuition sponsorship for one year of Chinese language study in Vietnam;
• Be exempted from 100% of tuition fees while studying at Kun Shan University;
• Upon graduation, be guaranteed employment with partner enterprises and commit to a minimum of two years of work, ensuring a solid career pathway.

The working session focused on discussing and detailing the contents of the memorandum of understanding between the two universities, while also agreeing to implement recruitment and training for international talented students in the following key areas:

• Semiconductor
• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Finance

The cooperation between Thanh Do University and Kun Shan University not only expands the international partner network, but also brings global opportunities for study, internships, and employment to students in engineering-related fields—particularly in the context of a rapidly growing demand for high-tech human resources in the Asia–Pacific region.
