The internship buses returned students from the Vietnamese Studies, English Language, and Hotel Management programs after their placement at Sun World Ba Na Hills and the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72, bringing back valuable experience and clear growth.

For third-year students, the enterprise internship is a crucial period that allows them to train in real workplaces and mature through daily tasks. After three months at Ba Na Hills, students of the Institute of Management and Technology held their K14 Enterprise Semester Closing Ceremony on November 7.

Under the strategic partnership between Thanh Do University, Ba Na Cable Car Service JSC of Sun Group, and the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72, students worked directly across restaurant, hotel, entertainment, and visitor service units.

The internship model is designed as a full academic semester, lasting 3–6 months depending on each enterprise and major. Students receive professional training from employers, work alongside full-time staff, and gain practical experience that often leads to job opportunities before graduation.

In her opening remarks, Assoc Prof. Dao Thi Ai Thi, Vice President, congratulated the students and emphasized the value of applying academic knowledge in real-world contexts, improving communication and workplace skills, and discovering personal strengths and career direction.

Representing the HR department interns, Nguyen Thi My Tam shared that her role—supporting onboarding, interview coordination, personnel records, and payroll procedures—helped her strengthen her office software skills, knowledge of HR systems, and communication with foreign visitors.

From the restaurant division, Tran Dinh Trong noted that serving thousands of guests daily was overwhelming at first, but the professional environment and supportive colleagues helped him build stamina, communication skills, and confidence.

Across departments, students reported progress in service procedures, restaurant setup, communication in multicultural environments, and overall adaptability. At the ticketing unit, Linh Giang—an outstanding intern—recounted meaningful interactions with international visitors that enhanced her language and tourism knowledge.
