Thanh Do University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with REAP Research, Application, and Technology Experiment Joint Stock Company to promote cooperation in international English training and assessment.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Hoang Van Chung, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Nguyen Long Hung, CEO of REAP, along with representatives from Thanh Do University.

At the session, both sides discussed collaboration in developing international English testing programs, particularly Cambridge English certifications such as Linguaskill, A2 Key, B1 Preliminary, and B2 First. These certifications are globally recognized as assessing English proficiency against international standards.
The partnership will focus on:
- Establishing and operating Linguaskill test centers
- Organizing Cambridge English Qualifications (A2 Key, B1 Preliminary, B2 First)
- Developing the Cambridge English Skills Test (EST)
- Delivering the Cambridge English Empower program (A1–B1+)
- Providing preparation courses for Linguaskill, CEQ, and EST
Both parties also explored implementing on-campus test centers at Thanh Do University, enabling students to access international English exams directly in their learning environment. This initiative is expected to enhance language training quality and expand access to global assessment standards for students and the wider community.

The agreement marks the beginning of deeper collaboration in program development.
It plays a key role in improving English training quality, supporting international integration, and strengthening students’ competitiveness in the global job market.
