On the afternoon of October 15, at the Outdoor Sports Complex, Thanh Do University officially kicked off the 2025 Student Football Championship, marking the start of the first exciting and energetic matches filled with team spirit and youthful enthusiasm.

The Thanh Do University Student Football Championship, one of the most anticipated and dynamic annual events, once again returns as a familiar and exciting playground for football enthusiasts across the university — a stage where the most talented teams compete for a place in the grand final.

A Fiery Kickoff to the 2025 Tournament

Before the thrilling matches began, the Opening Ceremony was held at the Outdoor Sports Complex, with the participation of the University’s Board of Presidents, the Youth Union Secretary, lecturers representing various departments and institutes, along with a large number of players and enthusiastic supporters from across student unions.

In her opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Ai Thi, Vice President of Thanh Do University, encouraged all participating teams to compete with passion, teamwork, and sportsmanship. She expressed her hope that the tournament would not only deliver exciting matches but also promote unity, well-being, and a stronger sense of connection among the Thadoer community.

This year’s tournament saw enthusiastic participation from various student groups — including many first-year students — featuring both men’s and women’s divisions. Right after the opening ceremony, four thrilling matches marked the beginning of the group stage, filling the field with energy, cheers, and laughter from players and fans alike.
