Founded on August 28, 2004, the Thanh Do University Volunteer Club was among the first student clubs established on campus. Over the past 20 years, it has played a pioneering role in student engagement, contributing significantly to the university’s community outreach and development.

The club serves as a bridge connecting students across faculties, carrying the mission of supporting society through meaningful volunteer activities. It has become an indispensable part of Thanh Do University—nurturing solidarity, empathy, and social responsibility within the Thadoer community.

Blood Donation Youth Club – Spreading Kindness, Saving Lives

The Blood Donation Youth Club of Thanh Do University operates actively under the Student Union, maintaining regular, well-organized activities that foster responsibility and compassion among members. By participating in large-scale projects and connecting with students from other universities, members gain valuable opportunities to grow, exchange experiences, and—most importantly—spread love and contribute to community health.

The club’s signature event, “The Red of Thanh Do”, is held annually under the university’s direction. It carries profound meaning and has become a highlight of Thanh Do’s volunteer spirit, symbolizing the strength of unity and humanitarian values.

Officially founded on May 13, 2013, though its activities began as early as 2009 under the sponsorship of Branch 01/12, the club operates under the Youth Union of Thanh Do University with the mission to promote voluntary blood donation among students and the wider community.

Each year, the club organizes impactful events such as “The Red of Thanh Do” Blood Donation Day, attracting participation from faculty members, students, and residents, making it one of the most meaningful humanitarian traditions on campus.
