On October 3, 2025, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued License No. 138/GP-BVHTTDL, authorizing Thanh Do University to operate both print and online versions of its academic journal under the official title Journal of Scientific Research and Development (in Vietnamese: Tạp chí Nghiên cứu Khoa học và Phát triển), published in both Vietnamese and English.

The Journal of Scientific Research and Development serves as an official academic publication of Thanh Do University, carrying out the institution’s mission of advancing scientific research and technological application. It provides an educational platform for publishing research findings, disseminating scientific information, and promoting knowledge exchange in various fields, including Strategy, Policy and Law; Science, Education and Technology; Economics and Society; and Social Sciences.

According to the license, the print edition will be published quarterly (in March, June, September, and December), while the online edition will be hosted at: https://nghiencuukhoahocvaphattrien.edu.vn/.

The establishment of the online edition marks a significant milestone in Thanh Do University’s academic development and research endeavors. The journal not only serves as a reputable scholarly outlet for the university’s faculty and researchers nationwide but also acts as a bridge connecting academia, industry, and the wider community through scientific knowledge and innovation.

With a vision to become a leading application-oriented university, the Journal of Scientific Research and Development aims to publish efficient research, fostering the integration of research, education, and knowledge transfer. The journal also seeks to expand collaboration with domestic and international scholars and experts.

After more than three years since its initial establishment approval, the journal’s official online launch marks a new and proud chapter in Thanh Do University’s academic journey—a testament to its commitment to innovation, global integration, and the dissemination of scientific knowledge to both national and international communities.
