Intending to promote digital transformation in education, develop open educational resources (OER), and enhance the research and teaching capacity of staff, lecturers, and students, the Institute for Research on Education and Knowledge Transfer (REK Institute), Thanh Do University, organized the OESR Library Skills Workshop: Searching, Using, and Uploading Open Resources.

The workshop aims to strengthen the ability of lecturers and academic staff to effectively search, access, and utilize open educational resources (OER) on the OESR platform. It focuses on skills for standardizing, cataloging, and uploading learning materials in accordance with official guidelines, supporting teaching and research practices.

Main contents of the workshop include:

• Introduction to the OESR platform: structure, features, and resource updating process.
• Guidance on searching and utilizing open educational resources (by keyword, field, and metadata standard).
• Hands-on practice in standardizing and uploading resources (institutional and open-access materials).
• Experience sharing on building digital learning repositories in higher education institutions.
• Discussion, Q&A, and evaluation of workshop outcomes.
