The Ngo Xuan Do Postdoc Fellowship Foundation provides financial support to PhD holders with eligible research projects, prioritizing areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, educational innovation, and sustainable development. The Fund also welcomes both fundamental and applied research initiatives, with a strong emphasis on high-quality academic publications and practical outcomes.

With a total budget of VND 5 billion for the period 2025–2029, the Fund will award up to VND 750 million per outstanding project. Its key features include a flexible funding mechanism, transparent selection process, and an open approach to interdisciplinary proposals across both STEM and social sciences. The Fund seeks to support talented postdoctoral researchers in Vietnam and internationally, particularly those pursuing impactful ideas with practical applications for society.

At the launch event, the Fund’s Management Board will present its objectives, priorities, funding mechanism, and application process. Researchers will also have the opportunity to raise questions and receive direct consultation from the Fund’s academic council and Thanh Do University leadership.
