The Return of the Season 2 Talent Search – THANHDO’s GOT TALENT 2025!!!

“When talent rises—Thadoers burn with passion.”
The program is a rewarding playground where students showcase artistic talent, creativity, and collaboration—strengthening bonds across the Thadoer community.

Aimed at celebrating Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (20/11) and the 21st anniversary of Thanh Do University (30/11/2004 – 30/11/2025), THANHDO’s GOT TALENT 2025 continues to contribute to a vibrant, meaningful lineup of student activities throughout November.

Competition Information: THANHDO’s GOT TALENT 2025

Eligible participants: All university students

Competition Categories

• Group vocals: duet/trio/ensemble/choir
• Dance: folk/ contemporary/with props
• Dance & performance: choreography/dance cover
• Music: bands/ensembles/instruments
• Variety arts: comedy – short skits, magic, circus/acrobatic, traditional arts
• Digital creativity – media: short clips, short films, beatbox, MC/Host

Entry Requirements

• Each act must have at least 2 members.
• Performance length: not more than 07 minutes.
• Teams self-prepare all costumes, equipment, and props related to the act.
• Contestants must submit audio and slide visuals to the Organizing Committee 3 days before performing.
• The Organizing Committee provides stage, sound, and lighting (contestants and their teams proactively utilize what’s available).
• Content must be appropriate to cultural norms; no offensive language. No violent imagery; no gender discrimination; no advocacy of unlawful acts; no misrepresentation of the Party’s or State’s policies.

Technical & Safety Rules

• Files have to be tested at the rehearsal to avoid unusual fonts/missing codecs.
• No fire, explosives, chemicals, floor liquids, sharp objects, etc., unless pre-approved in writing.
• Unexcused absence from the dress rehearsal or performance may lead to disqualification.

Three Rounds

Preliminary Round – Break Boundaries

Symbolizes the start of the journey, where hidden talents officially step into the light. This is when contestants dare to express themselves and show passion. If you’ve wondered, “Am I talented enough?”, just one attempt breaks your own boundaries. Register—talent is only seen when you dare to show it.

• Outcome: The list of eligible contestants will be announced on the official Fanpage to advance to the Semifinal Round.

Semifinal Round – Show Your Talent

If Round 1 is about starting out and surpassing your limits, Round 2 is the stage to shine. This is where passion burns the brightest—turning potential into action, ideas into performance, and dreams into reality. Thadoers freely displays strengths and personal style through skill, emotion, courage, and individual identity. Every performance is a story—a proof that “Talent truly shines only when it’s shown.”

• Venue: The Koi Hall
• Content: free choice
• 10 outstanding acts will be selected for the Final.
• Advancement criterion: Total judges’ score in order of priority.

Final Round – “Shine Bright Like a Diamond”

The pinnacle of glory, where the most outstanding talents reach their most radiant moment. Here, contestants not only perform but also inspire, spreading emotion and artistic value to the audience. The moment of “shining like diamonds” marks recognition, growth, bravery, and the status of Thanh Do’s exemplary students—those who dared to dream and dared to shine.

• Content: as assigned by the board

Final performance and awards, voting for the Audience Favorite.
The audience will vote for their favorite act to receive an award on the Final night.

• 01 First Prize: 3,000,000 VND + cup + certificate + flowers
• 02 Second Prizes: 2,000,000 VND/prize + certificate + flowers
• 02 Third Prizes: 1,500,000 VND/prize + certificate + flowers
• 05 Consolation Prizes: 1,000,000 VND/prize + certificate + flowers
• Most Loved Talent: 1,000,000 VND + certificate + flowers
• Costume Support: 500,000 VND/act for 10 Finalist acts
