ADMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT – FULL-TIME UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS 2025

Thanh Do University is ranked among the Top ASEAN Applied Universities (ASEAN 2024: AppliedHE), accredited with the National Education Quality Standards of Vietnam, and awarded Three Stars in Applied Higher Education under the ASEAN University Performance Metrics (UPM). The University hereby announces the admission of international students to its full-time undergraduate programs in 2025 as follows:
1. Eligibility
Applicants must be foreign nationals who meet the requirements stipulated in the current Admission Regulations and the Regulations on the Management of Foreigners Studying in Vietnam issued by the Ministry of Education and Training (Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BGDĐT, dated December 24, 2018).
2. Admission Requirements
Academic Qualification: Completion of upper secondary education or an equivalent qualification.
Health Condition: Applicants must be physically fit for study (with a medical certificate issued by a competent health authority in Vietnam).
Language Proficiency: Applicants must achieve Vietnamese language proficiency at level B2 (level 4/6) or higher, in accordance with the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for Foreigners (Circular No. 17/2015/TT-BGDĐT, dated September 1, 2015, by the Minister of Education and Training).
Age Requirement: No age limit.
3. Admission Method
Direct admission (application-based evaluation).
4. Application Period
Applications are received from the date of this announcement until before the selection period of each admission round.

6. Study Plan
The program follows an applied-oriented training model, including one paid internship semester at enterprises in Vietnam or abroad.
Total study duration: 3.5–4 years.
7. Application Fee, Tuition, and Scholarships
Application and admission fee: VND 100,000.
Tuition fee: According to the regulations of Thanh Do University.
Scholarship program: 50% tuition fee reduction for the entire course for international students.

8. Application Documents
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
Application form for foreign students studying in Vietnam (Thanh Do University template).
Certified copy of passport (valid for at least 6 months).
Certified copy of high school diploma (or provisional graduation certificate), or diploma of college/university.
Certified copy of high school transcripts or transcripts of college/university.
Certified copy of curriculum vitae with official confirmation (translated and notarized).
Certified copy of Vietnamese language proficiency certificate.
Certified translated and notarized copy of birth certificate.
Health certificate issued by a competent health authority in Vietnam (valid within 6 months).
Note: Diplomas and transcripts issued by foreign institutions must be recognized by the Department of Education and Training (for high school) or by the Quality Management Department, Ministry of Education and Training (for bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
