On the afternoon of October 20, Thanh Do University officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Open Cyber University of Korea (OCU), marking a new milestone in its internationalization journey. This partnership opens up opportunities for academic exchange, collaboration in technology and online education, and further expands the university’s global network of partners.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Yu Dae Yup, Head of the Office of International Cooperation at OCU, along with OCU representatives and leaders from Thanh Do University. Both institutions shared a common vision of enhancing education quality, promoting cross-border learning opportunities, and advancing the application of digital technologies in higher education.
