THE UNIVERSITY OF THANH DO ESTABLISHED THE JOURNAL OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

In order to enhance the quality of educational and scientific research activities and provide information about the activities of Thanh Do University, as well as regularly publish in specific intervals to disseminate in-depth, specialized information, and publish the results of scientific research in the fields of teaching and training, Thanh Do University has established the Journal of Scientific Research and Development.

With a continuous focus on reputation and quality improvement, the university has been granted a License for the operation of the print journal under No. 430/GP-BTTTT on August 24, 2022, with the name “Journal of Scientific Research and Development.” During the period of integration and the desire to reach out to the international community, the journal is published in two main languages: Vietnamese and English. The journal is published every 3 months, with release dates on the 30th of March, June, September, and December.

The establishment of the Journal of Scientific Research and Development is not only a source of joy and pride for the university but also presents significant challenges. As the fourth industrial revolution unfolds, characterized by integration and the elimination of boundaries between digital technology fields, it is crucial to be prepared to connect communication and knowledge, gain a deep understanding of current challenges facing the country and the higher education system. To ensure the successful implementation of the journal, the university is determined to lead and manage the journal in accordance with its principles and purposes, making it a hub for communication, technology, and specialized knowledge in higher education.

In addition to focusing on editing and publishing all types of publications in line with the journal’s principles, purposes, and prescribed timelines in the license, the journal will also emphasize exploring content as a foundation for press and media, discussions on scientific and management issues linked to the dynamic realities of social life to keep up with the strong development trends of social and online media. Each journal issue must have content and presentation style suitable for its target audience, with a style and interaction that engages readers.

The Journal of Scientific Research and Development of the university recognizes the high demand for information during the age of information technology development. As a result, the journal does not stop at being a printed publication. We look forward to the upcoming launch of the electronic version of the journal with an optimized and user-friendly interface.
