Within the framework of the international exchange program, Thanh Do University and Unipdu Jombang University (Indonesia) organized an academic seminar and panel discussion: “International Academic Exchange, Teaching, Research and Learner Development.”
The seminar welcomed lecturers and students from Unipdu Jombang University, as well as a large number from Thanh Do University. In her opening remarks, Assoc Prof Dao Thi Ai Thi, Vice President of Thanh Do University, emphasized the seminar's significance for both institutions, highlighting the university’s vision for academic cooperation, research development, and deeper international integration.

These discussions helped lecturers broaden their understanding of competency requirements in international academic environments and develop more flexible and effective pedagogical approaches.
From the perspective of language education and specialized training, presentations including “The Importance of Foreign Language Teaching in Religion Based Schools in Indonesia” by Nurul Laili (Unipdu) and “Teaching English for Specific Purposes in Higher Education as a Second Language: Challenges and Solutions” by Nguyen Tuan Ninh (Institute of Business and Science) shared practical experiences in curriculum design and strategies for overcoming language barriers in multicultural contexts.
