Thanh Do University held the Dialogue Conference Between the University Leaders and Students 2025, creating a direct forum for discussion on key issues related to education and training, scientific research, entrepreneurship and employment, student movements, as well as learner support services.

The event was attended by the Board of Directors, representatives of Institutes, Offices and Centers, along with class representatives and Youth Union secretaries, fostering an open, responsible and constructive dialogue environment.

At the conference, students actively raised questions, shared expectations and proposed solutions around three core areas: training quality and career opportunities; sports, arts, and student clubs; and learner support services and community engagement.

Through direct dialogue, the University leadership and representatives of relevant units addressed concerns, clarified issues and listened carefully to student feedback. The conference enabled the University to promptly capture students’ aspirations and practical proposals, serving as a basis for appropriate solutions to support students’ holistic development.

Students openly shared difficulties encountered during their studies and campus life, while proposing improvements.

The conference was organized in line with democratic principles in education, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in university governance, and establishing a two-way communication channel between students and university leadership.

By listening to student feedback, the University aims to enhance teaching and learning quality, improve study conditions and foster a supportive learning environment. The event reaffirmed Thanh Do University’s commitment to accompanying students, continuously innovating, and improving training quality and comprehensive support services. The University will continue to synthesize feedback and implement follow-up solutions, striving to create the best possible learning environment for Thadoers.
