Thanh Do University is ranked among the top applied-oriented universities in ASEAN (ASEAN 2024: AppliedHE). The university is nationally accredited for educational quality and has received a 3-star rating in applied training quality according to the ASEAN University Ranking (UPM). The university hereby announces the 2025 admission plan for full-time undergraduate programs for international students as follows:
1. Eligibility
Applicants must be foreign nationals who meet the requirements stipulated in the current Admission Regulations and the Regulations on Management of Foreign Nationals Studying in Vietnam issued by the Ministry of Education and Training (Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BGDĐT dated December 24, 2018).
2. Admission Requirements
- Academic qualification: Applicants must have graduated from high school or an equivalent or higher level.
- Health condition: Applicants must be in sufficient health to pursue academic studies (certified by a competent medical authority in Vietnam).
- Language proficiency: Applicants must have a Vietnamese language proficiency level of B2 or higher (Level 4/6) according to the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework as prescribed in Circular No. 17/2015/TT-BGDĐT dated September 1, 2015, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Age requirement: No age limit.
3. Admission Method: Direct admission (non-exam based).

6. Study Path
- The training program is application-oriented, including 1 semester of paid internship at companies both inside and outside of Vietnam.
- Total study duration: From 3.5 to 4 years.
7. Fees, Tuition, and Scholarship Program
- Application and documentation fee: 100,000 VND
- Tuition fees: As per the regulations of Thanh Do University.
- Scholarship Program: 50% tuition fee discount for international students for the entire course.

8. Required Documents for Application:
- Application form for foreign students to study in Vietnam, according to Thanh Do University’s template.
- Notarized copy of passport with at least 6 months of validity.
– Notarized copy of high school diploma (or temporary graduation certificate), or a copy of TC, CĐ, or university degree.
- Notarized copy of high school transcript or TC, CĐ, or university transcript.
- Notarized copy of CV with confirmation from a competent authority (translated and notarized).
- Notarized copy of Vietnamese language proficiency certificate.
- Notarized translated and certified copy of birth certificate.
- Health certificate (issued by an authorized medical agency in Vietnam, not older than 6 months).
