Cooperation between schools and enterprises is an essential strategy in the development of education in Vietnam. Thanh Do University has always placed a strong emphasis on training students in practical skills, providing them with valuable experiences and opportunities to engage with the working environment in various enterprises.
Continuing the successful collaboration and development between Ba Na Hills and Thanh Do University, a meeting and exchange were held on November 7 to implement the Internship program at Ba Na Hills Cable Car Service Joint Stock Company in 2023 for all students of the university.
Representing Thanh Do University were Assoc. Prof. Phung Van Hoan, the Vice Rector, along with representatives from different faculties and departments. From Ba Na Hills Cable Car Service Joint Stock Company, Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Linh, the Deputy Director of Sun World Ba Na Hills, and Ms. Dang Thi Thu Trang, the Head of the Department in charge of the Sun World Division, attended the ceremony. This collaboration demonstrates the commitment to providing Thanh Do University students with valuable internship opportunities and practical exposure in a real-world setting.
During the meeting, both parties reached an agreement to establish a cooperative internship program for students at the enterprise, fostering a long-term relationship between the university and the company. Through this signing, the two sides also agreed on the importance of practice-oriented training, with the goal of enhancing students’ qualifications and comprehensive complementary skills. Specifically, the implementation of the Internship program at Ba Na Hills Cable Car Service Joint Stock Company in 2023 was confirmed for students from the Faculty of Tourism – Foreign Languages. This collaboration provides a valuable opportunity for students to gain practical experience and further enrich their education.
The representative of Thanh Do University expressed delight in Sun World’s reception, support, and guidance of students for their practice at a dedicated and professional enterprise. They proposed expanding the practice opportunities to include more faculties at Sun World and developing new internship models to provide students with additional experiential learning opportunities. This collaborative effort aims to enhance students’ practical experience and broaden their horizons.
Thanh Do University is hopeful that the collaboration with Sun World Ba Na Hills will provide students with an increased number of internship opportunities and valuable practical experiences. This partnership aims to instill students with confidence in the path they have chosen, enabling them to further develop their skills and expertise.
