In the context of higher education’s digital transformation and global integration, the Journal of Scientific Research and Development has become a dynamic force in the academic ecosystem—bridging research and practice, theory and application. Since its launch in September 2022, the Journal has published 11 issues and attracted over 40,000 visits from readers in more than 100 countries and territories, reflecting its growing international reach and credibility.
Dr. Vu Thi Thanh Minh presented a report summarizing the Journal’s achievements and outlining its future direction. Despite being a young journal, JSRD has established a professional editorial process, focusing on academic rigor and practical relevance. Its strategic development has been guided by Thanh Do University’s leadership, especially Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thi Thanh Thao – President of the University and Chair of the Editorial Board.

The journal also implements a strict double-blind peer review process, enhancing transparency and quality assurance.
